I have to be serious with you'all, this new calorie limit that "My diet Diary" has me on is hard and I find myself obsessing about food, ready to eat about anything. Sometimes I wonder if it is all worth it but then I remember that I have lost 75 pounds and my clothes are fitting better and I am feeling more energy. So I will continue on and eventually my body will get used to less calories. For now I am off to bed. It is important to get your sleep and drink plenty of water.
